1. Account responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting passwords, monitoring account activity, and notifying Shop Sphere 360 promptly of unauthorized use. We may require verification before account changes, refunds, returns, or sensitive support actions.
We may suspend, restrict, or close accounts that violate these terms, misuse promotions, submit false information, engage in fraud, abuse support processes, or create risk for customers, sellers, or the platform.
2. Orders, pricing, and availability
Product listings, pricing, availability, delivery estimates, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to buy. Orders may be accepted, rejected, canceled, split, delayed, or refunded due to stock issues, pricing errors, payment problems, address concerns, fraud screening, or seller limitations.
We aim to present accurate product information, but images, descriptions, packaging, colors, sizes, and availability may vary. Customers should review product details, seller information, delivery estimates, and return eligibility before purchasing.
3. Marketplace sellers
Shop Sphere 360 may host products sold by third-party sellers. Sellers are responsible for their listings, product authenticity, inventory, pricing, shipping commitments, warranties, and compliance with marketplace policies and applicable law.
We may remove listings, restrict sellers, hold payments, cancel transactions, or intervene in disputes to protect customers and maintain marketplace trust.
4. Delivery, returns, refunds, and cancellations
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by location, carrier operations, seller dispatch, customs, weather, payment review, or events outside reasonable control. Return and refund eligibility depends on product category, condition, seller policy, statutory rights, and marketplace rules.
Products must be returned in the required condition with accessories, manuals, packaging, serial numbers, and proof of purchase where applicable. Refunds may be reduced, delayed, or denied for missing items, misuse, damage, incorrect returns, or policy abuse.
5. Customer conduct
Customers must not misuse the platform, interfere with services, scrape content, attempt unauthorized access, submit misleading reviews, infringe intellectual property, harass sellers or support teams, abuse promotions, or use Shop Sphere 360 for unlawful activity.
6. Reviews and user content
By submitting reviews, questions, images, or other content, customers grant Shop Sphere 360 permission to host, display, moderate, edit for formatting, translate, and use that content to operate and improve the marketplace. Content must be truthful, relevant, lawful, and respectful.
7. Payments and fraud prevention
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We may perform fraud checks, request verification, restrict payment methods, cancel suspicious orders, or share necessary information with payment and security partners.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shop Sphere 360 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the marketplace. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect new services, legal requirements, marketplace policies, or operational changes. Continued use of Shop Sphere 360 after updates means customers accept the revised terms.
